The Saudi Defense Fund (SDF)is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s sovereign platform dedicated to financing, developing, and localizing strategic defense and security capabilities in full alignment with Vision 2030 and the Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) objectives.

 

As a fully self-funded entity under the governance of the Ministry of Defense and the Public Investment Fund ecosystem, Saudi Defense Fund (SDF) accelerates the Kingdom’s journey to 70% localization of defense spending by 2030 through direct investment, technology transfer, offset fulfillment, and strategic industrial partnerships.
