By aligning with GAMI’s policies and SAMI’s platform strategies, SDF prioritizes components with high import dependency and strategic sensitivity, moving them from prototypes to certified serial production in Saudi Arabia.

- Vendor Development: Supporting local suppliers to meet global quality standards (e.g., AS9100/ISO) through rigorous quality assurance and control (QA/QC).

- Offset Alignment: Structuring agreements that incentivize original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to shift value-added activities to the Kingdom.

- Joint Ventures: Providing catalytic capital for local assembly, parts manufacturing, testing labs, and MRO centers, ensuring compliance with In-Country Value (ICV) requirements.

- Secure Supply Chains: Mapping critical tiers, addressing single-point-of-failure risks, and financing redundancy, strategic inventory, and cyber-resilient systems.
